The Wiki doesn't seem to like files over 150k, and most are at least
that size, if not several times that size.  Also, I'm having trouble
getting access to it right now. I'll keep trying, of course.
The PlotWeb was an old, and now largely deprecated, attempt to put all
the plot information for DB. I still use it as a backup for some of
the project information.
