[Adonthell-general] Wiki upgraded

FYI,

http://adonthell.berlios.de/doc has been upgraded to Mediawiki 1.19.1.
I briefly tested editing and account creation, but let me know if you
notice any issues.

I've also had another go at anit-spam measures and installed the
TitleBlacklist extension:

  http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:TitleBlacklist

That should hopefully cut down on the number of spam accounts created
each day and hopefully allows us in the future to lift the editing
restrictions for new (legitimate) users.
