[adr-devel] Project Portal Setup

Hello Dirk, hello Stefan,

I have setup our "project portal" at http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/adr/
take a look if you want.

The most modules are not configured at the moment, I can put them off
but I first like to see what is possible.

I have setup two mailinglists:
adr-announce:   For (seldom) announcmensts about progresses
adr-devel:      For discussing and coordination development

If you get a savannah account and tell me you username I can put you in
the project menber group.
