        (seclist production): Set yychar. Clear
        error state only if not at EOF, otherwise yylex will be
        called again and will coredump.
        (struct eval_env.traceable): New member. Controls whether
        tracing should be enable for this section.
        (asgn_eval): Fixed printing of trigger rules.
