I just setup the APS project in Savannah and added what looked
like your accounts. (if those weren't _your_ accounts, tell me asap ;))

We have a very explanative website on http://www.nongnu.org/aps/,
and this mailing list: address@hidden

I'm currently very busy (exams). When I feel better I'll have a look
at the ongoing discussion and try to formalise the other ideas
(web of trust with GNUnet, GPG, etc) we haven't discussed yet.
