[Aspell-user] Help Compiling Aspell with OS X 10.3.2

I'm running Panther and am looking to determine which commands I can enter
into the Terminal to compile Aspell.  I tried to enter "./configure &&
make" and just got a message back saying "tcsh: ./configure: Command not
found."

I'm looking to use Aspell for my PINE sessions in the Terminal.  What
steps do I need to complete in order to make this an option?  So far I've
downloaded the 'aspell-0.50.5' folder with all of its contents.
What should I do next?  Thanks.
