* acgeneral.m4 (_AC_TRY_CPP): Don't filter out conftest.$ac_ext
from the output - it is only printed by Visual C that gives
correct exit status.
* aclang.m4 (AC_PROG_CPP): Don't try '${CC-cc} -nologo -E'
by the same reason.
(that's post-2.13, in any case).
