I'm quite puzzle by this question... I'm merely pointing there
is no relative path between A:\foo and C:\bar (AFAIK). Since I
always compute a relative path between $prefix and $datadir,
I don't support setting `prefix=C:\Programs' and `datadir=D:\Data'.
