Roy,
Here's my scenario:
I wrote the ZT_CHECK_PROG macro, and I include it
into another macro (also written by myself) called
ZT_INIT_TEXDOC().
Well, if I include ZT_CHECK_PROC into ZT_INIT_TEXDOC,
it doesn't function (TEX, TEX4HT, etc. are not set),
while if I include AC_PATH_PROG directly into
ZT_INIT_TEXDOC, the substitution takes place (TEX,
TEX4HT, etc. are set correctly).
So, the problem arises only when I call AC_PATH_PROG
indirectly (into another macro defined by myself).
Now, could someone explain me why? Is there a workaround?
Thanks,
Giuseppe
