The consensus among autoconf developers is that we hope to release
Autoconf 2.63 by the end of this month or in early August. Among the
regressions introduced in 2.62 that we hope to fix:
- - the AC_C_BIGENDIAN issue
- - the AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS issue(s)
- - the AC_CONFIG_FILES($variable_containing_newline) issue
If there is anything else that you know of that you would like to get into
2.63, please speak up now.
