If you use Automake, then this is an Automake question. :-)

Try something like
bin_PROGRAMS = foo
foo_SOURCES = foo.yy bar.l
If you are not using Automake, well, you can use @LEX@ and @LEXLIB@ in
your Makefile.in, as well as @address@hidden
