Yes! The above works, so yes I do have groff and gs. Now I have to
write that down somewhere...
Yes, pipelines are available on Windows, but doing development work
with cygwin means that I have a POSIX shell. So cygwin can be treated
as a Unix variant. So I'm not completely saddled with Windoze crap.
