Follow-up Comment #1, bug #29587 (project avrdude):
Instead of googling, try studying the existing parallel-port
programmers in avrdude.conf. It should be fairly obvious
how to define your programmer type, except I don't have the
faintest idea what the LED is supposed to tell (AVRDUDE can
map up to three different functions to a LED).
Note that the avrdude.conf entries directly name the parallel
port pin numbers to connect the ISP signals to. There are
also examples for self-powered programmers, see the "vcc"
pin definition.
None of the existing programmers seems to match your
configuration though, so you have to add your own definition.
