Hello Mike,
While I'm not a strong proponent of Windows (to say the least), I do
find a Windows port of Axiom of great importance for both Axiom and free
software in general. I therefore applause your hard work.

It seems to me that the glob '*.daase' has not been expanded somewhere.
On my own copy of Axiom, I have:
browse.daase category.daase compress.daase interp.daase operation.daase
So, either the .daase file are not properly made or the globing is not
done. Have you more input on this?
