I understand that concat is a bit of a misnomer in CL terms since
(concatenate 'string "FOO-" 'bar)
fails. Of course:
(concat "FOO-" 'bar)
works, under both #+AKCL and #-AKCL varients. They do not seem
inconsistant to me, nor buggy. Could you please explain what the
problem is?
