I think it corresponds to Philip's commit for 0.2-103

- almost everything
code cleanups. moved some headers around, removed gtk
dependencies in many places.
changed gtk_timeout_* and gdk_input_* to eb_timeout_* and
eb_input_* - everywhere.
hmmm... that's about all I can think of... see the diff
for full changes
Oddly enough the corresponding commit mails were lost somewhere on
savannah (seems biggest commit logs don't go to the list, despite the fact
i specified no size limit :( ).
This commit was a cleanup itself (backporting some EB changes, mainly
removing gtk deps where it was possible). I guess there's a reason for the
changes, but i didn't looked in depth - maybe Philip could tell you better
than me.
