[Beaver-devel] Confusing header file usage

The header file inclusion usage is quite confusing.
I wanted to take a look at the Prefs window and naturally
started with prefs.h. prefs.h uses t_settings which is not declared
anywhere in this file. Unfortunately prefs.h also doesn't include
any other file so I was quite puzzled. Only a look at prefs.c
showed that a bunch of header files necessary for prefs.h were
included there.
I consider this bad practice and would like to propose
actions to remedy this.
