[be] Moving feature requests from Sourceforge to tasks on Savannah

Hi All,

At present all the open feature requests for Bibledit are on 
Sourceforge. The intention is to move all of these to tasks on Savannah.

If there is somebody who would volunteer to move all of these, that 
would be gladly accepted.
