In collaborate_usb_stick.html#formattingthestick is is written:

'The stick needs to formatted to the ext3 filesystem for collaboration to
work.'

?Does not vfat and ext2 work too?

-> Check this out.
If vfat and ext2 work too, change this accordingly, but it is sufficient that
you only give the instructions for ext3.
