Details:

VMWare - Ubuntu 8.04 - BE 3.6.54

When I print out a book in Bibledit the chapter numbers end up further and
further into the chapter. For example:  When I print the KJV Genesis, chapter
1 is correctly at verse 1,  Chapter 2 is at verse 4, chapter 3 at verse 9... 


This does not occur when I print a empty template of a book.
