Details:

I normally use BE with a full-screen monitor, 1228 X 1024. I just took my
tiny netbook away and tried to load BE with just the small screen. I now have
three windows that BE considers to loaded, and which appear in the window
list, but they are totally off the screen. I have no way of closing them or
moving them. If I try to reload them, BE thinks they are already loaded and
refuses to load them again. Changing the size of the visible windows does not
help. Closing the program and restarting does not help.
