Details:

My translators would like to print draft copies of the text to edit it by
hand, but the 2 column format makes it hard to write notes and put in edits.
What they printed before in Word was single column with 1.5 line spacing.

I noticed in text2pdf.cpp there are variables that are initialized starting
at line 95.

 one_column_only = false;

  // The input variables.
  input_paragraph = NULL;
  stacked_input_paragraph = NULL;
  keep_data_together = false;
  line_spacing = 100;
  right_to_left = false;

Please put some of these options (column, linespacing) in the Print Project
dialog so the user can choose how they want it formatted.
