Fwd: Problem with libavl version 2.0.3

Dear Prof. Pfaff,

I have encountered an error while running 'make check' on your libavl
version 2.0.3. For your information I am running an Intel based Mac with
OS 10.6.6 and the Apple GCC compiler version 4.2.1. The check fails with
the following error message. Do you have any idea what the problem might
be? I realize this is not much for debugging purposes, so please let me
know if there is any additional information I can provide. One
additional piece of information I can provide immediately, I removed
'trb-test' from the variable 'testers' in the Makefile and all the other
tests complete successfully, so the problem appears to be confined to
the threaded red-black tree implementation.
