Last week, we merged 1.0.x with cvs head, which should bring cvs current with
a lot of the subtler 1.0.x bugfixes, and which should also make cvs head
usable on macosx. Code was also added to enable auditing of deadlocks
through mutexes by enabling debugging messages and naming mutex objects.
Presumably, 1.1.0 will be the next Common C++ release, and will be based on
Common C++ cvs head, rather than on the current "RELEASE1" tree.
