DDD bug report.

[Kriss Stoj]

1. The DDD session was started without attaching it to any process ( dry run
).
2. From the menu "VIEW" selection "EXECUTION WINDOW" was run and XTERM
window was displayed.
3. The XTERM window was dismissed using the "close" button ( the X button in
the upper right corner ).
    This might have to be repeated few times.
4. The menu "VIEW" was accessed again. At this point the DDD session is
terminated with the following output:

  Serial number of failed request:  4892
