bug when changing virtual display under Enlightenment

To reproduce: In my case, I am running the gnome desktop, with the
Enlightenment window manager. Display paging is set to 2x2. Start up
ddd, with an arbitrary program. There is no need to start running the
program. Move the display to a different virtual region. The command
tool (window title "DDD", buttons "Run", "Interrupt", "Step", etc.)
moves with the change. Move back; the command tool does not return.
Attempts to manually move it to the "correct" position fail. Use of
"View", "Command Tool" also do not work. Returning to the virtual region
sometimes shows the command tool, sometimes not.

If I move the command tool within the new virtual region, it will return
to its correct region next time I change virtual regions. If I change
regions to one other than that in which ddd is being displayed after
moving the command tool, it disappears when I return to that region (the
reduced view shows it returning correctly in the second change, and
disappearing in the third.)

Workaround: close the command tool in the new position prior to changing
virtual regions a second time. Re-open it when it is needed again.

NB: May be a bug in Lesstif (I am using, as stated above, version
0.91.21) rather than in ddd proper. I do not know enough about Motif,
nor have enough Motif programs (read: any) installed, to verify or
refute this possibility.
