duplicate popup messages

Hi,

I compiled ddd against open motif version 2.1.30 and some
of the sentences in the popup messages (tip of the day,...)
are duplicated.

Ex : tip of the day Nb #23:
To quickly display variable values
double-click on the variable name
double-click on the variable name

Small bug I must admit but irritating considering the
high degree of maturity of this program.
