attempt to add non-widget child "DropSiteManager" to parent

hi,

i'm working with the current version of debian gnu/linux woody, which
includes version 3.3.1 of ddd. when i start ddd it gives some error
messages (see the attachment) and say goodbye with a segmentation
fault.
