Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for alerting us that you have received unsolicited
email from a mail domain associated with GotMarketing and our
Campaigner email marketing service. Our software is used by many
organizations and before they can use the product, all of them
must agree (by accepting the End User License Agreement) to use
Campaigner products only for permission-based marketing.

If we receive a complaint from the recipient of an email campaign
delivered by one of our customers, we take the following actions
as outlined in our Anti-Spam policy:
· Remind the Campaigner software user of the terms of the End User
License Agreement they agreed to respect.
· Remind them that the complainant's email address will automatically
be flagged for suppression if the complainant invoked the "unsubscribe"
option that is automatically appended to each email sent.
· Check to ensure that the complainant's email address has been removed
from their contact list.
· Remind them that they must comply with our terms of use to continue
using the Campaigner products. Failure to comply will result in our
suspending and/or terminating the customer's account.

In addition to our permission-based business practices, we are leading
the industry with best "Anti Spam" technical practices. We have
configured our servers with Open Relay blocked, so that we do not
channel un-identified emails through our servers and we've configured
our servers with Reverse DNS lookup on, so recipients can readily
identify us by name. We encourage feedback at all times.

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns,

Campaigner support team
