DDD 3.3.8, 3.3.7 distribution files

Hello,

I tried to make DDD 3.3.8 and DDD 3.3.7 compile on FreeBSD and noticed
two nits that make these versions pretty much unusable. DDD 3.3.7
distfile is shipped full of .o files in libiberty directory and is of
whopping 14MB in size. DDD 3.3.8 is back to more reasonable 8MB file,
but it still suffers from inaccurate libiberty inclusion, namely, it
misses a number of libiberty include files such as xregex.h, xregex2.h
and safe-ctype.h, which strips ddd of even remote chance of ever
building on systems withount preinstalled libiberty library.
