multiple "status windows" confusion

Greetings; please bear with me, I don't often find need for a debugger. :)

This means that I need all the handholding I can get from my debugger
interface, so I like to turn on all the windows I can, as you'll see in
the attached screenshot. Note that the Backtrace and Register status
windows report the breakpoints; there were fine until I added the next
breakpoint.

I've also attached the stage3 executable I'm working with. (It is part
of a hacking challenge that as far as I know isn't available publicly.)
