Details:

I have a project with a .gdbinit file with some functions. After an update of
that file I was wondering why still the old functions where used.

After deleting the file ./ddd/init finally the new functions were used.

It looks like ddd keeps copies of user functions in ./ddd/init but ignores
updates.
