new maintainer needed for ddd

Hi everyone,

I just learned that the previous maintainer of ddd, Peter Wainwright,
sadly passed away in 2009.  Many regrets about that.  It does mean we
need a new maintainer for GNU ddd.  Would anyone here like to volunteer?
Figured this was the most likely place before announcing more widely.
