Details:
Currently, the `msgcat --color=test' command is mentioned in the documentation
for the TERM environment variable:
https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/The-TERM-variable.html
However, it is not documented in the options for `msgcat --color'
https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/The-_002d_002dcolor-option.html
I have attached a patch that briefly documents the behavior.
