glibc 1.09

hello people!

i am trying to compile glibc 1.09 for my system
(mips-dec-ultrix4.4), but i get an error while
processing the file ../sysdeps/unix/mman/msync.S
i started the process with a:

> make

after a:

> configure --prefix=/mud/mud1/glibc

and the error:

occured.

gcc is 2.95.2, binutils 2.9.1, make 3.79.
what does that error mean? how can i fix it?
