glibc2.2

Hi
i have just visited the glibc page and have seen, that version 2.2
was released. is this a new developer release, where we should expect
some
bugreleases, before we can use it?
the 2. question is, if there is a glic-crypt package for 2.2 (or is it
included in
the 2.2 page, after the usa changed the crypt rules?)
