Thanks, I've applied the patch. I have no possibilities to verify
them but since you're now on the hook for justifying them I don't care
much.

Search for ISO 14652 on the web (don't have a reference handy). But
you should also be able to guess the meaning from locales which have
all the info filled in.

Hum, not good. In this case ro_RO should already today use the
correct information. Then there should be a file ro_RO.latin2 (file
name is not important) which uses "copy" for all the locales except
those which use this character incorrectly. Look at a file which uses
"copy" (like address@hidden) for examples. Can you provide a tested patch?
