In glibc-2.2.3 the info file says that setpriority
returns the nice value on success. In fact it returns 0
on success, and so it should, according to the standards.
So this is a doc bug.
On the other hand, according to the standards, nice()
should return the new nice value, but it does not.
This is a glibc bug.
