ETH_CRC_LEN not defined in glibc-2.2.4

Hi,

The header glibc-2.2.4/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/net/ethernet.h defines
ETHER_MIN_LEN and ETHER_MAX_LEN in terms of ETH_CRC_LEN.  However,
neither gcc nor I can find a definintion of ETH_CRC_LEN anywhere.  It
certainly isn't defined by the kernel, nor in the glibc-2.2.4 source.

I don't think they'll be useful, but for completeness the details of
my system are:

        OS: Debian GNU/Linux (unstable)
        kernel: linux 2.4.8
        compiler: gcc-2.95.4
        processor: i686
