BUG IN DYNAMIC LINKER ld.so

Hi All.

I just installed an eMail-MUA called sylpheed (I'm attaching the binary to 
this mail) and when trying to start it for the first time, I got the 
following message:

BUG IN DYNAMIC LINKER ld.so: dl-version.c: 210: _dl_check_map_versions: 
Assertion `needed != ((void *)0)' failed!

I'm using wxWindows-2.3.2 (the GTK port), GTK+ 1.2.10, glib 1.2.8, the glibc 
2.1.3, XFree86 4.0.2 and KDE 2.2.1 with Qt 2.3.2 on a K6-II 400MHz system 
with Linux 2.4.16, 320 MB of RAM and a total of 50 GB Hard disk space.

I'm also including a directory listings of /lib.
