I send only one reply:
All your reports must be filed in the bug report system as explicitly
said in the documentation. This is foremost important for all the
locale file changes. I need a public track of the changes.
Plus: I have not the slightest reason to believe you more than the
author of the information currently in the files. This doesn't mean
you are not correct but you will have to provide authoritative
references. Without them I'll not change anything.
