Possible bug in glibc on linux alpha

               I'm trying to execute Digital Unix 4.0d binary program on a RedHat Linux 7.2 alpha and I got an error messages about can't start semaphore. The strace shows:

 

semget(52719, 1, IPC_CREAT|IPC_EXCL|0x1b6|0666) = 65536
semctl(65536, 0, 0x8 /* SEM_??? */, 0x50) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)

              I hope someone could help me.
