Achievement  of  2  First Class Honours Pioneer Graduates in UOP Technology
Management and Computing

With  the  conclusion  of  University  of  Portsmouth's  Board of Examiners
convene,   a   pioneer   batch   of   6   graduates  were  awarded  Honours
classifications  for  Bsc  in  Technology  Management and Computing. We are
proud to announce the achievement of 2 graduates who emerge from the cohort
to receive the outstanding classification of First Class Honours.

The  Bsc  in  Technology  Management  and Computing programme aims to equip
students with an understanding of the following knowledge and skills:

* Technology Management
 Students  will  develop an understanding of the fundamentals of operations
 and  quality  management  together  with  an  appreciation of the need and
 mechanisms of resources conservation.

* Computing Management
 Students  will  develop  an  understanding  of  the role of a contemporary
 manager  in  information  technology.  It  will  also cover the concept of
 electronic  commerce,  how  it  should  be  applied  to  a  business,  the
 infrastructure requirements and security issues.
