"e-Government  emerges  as  key  priority  for  Asian governments" reported
International  Data  Cooperation  study  in 2002. With the growing trend in
information  technology,  traditional  business models have ceased to be at
its optimum efficiency. Businesses have to launch new initiatives to enable
