no sem_timedwait in man page

Hello,

There is no info about timeoutable semaphores in man page about posix
semaphores. sem_init, sem_wait, etc. are described well, but there is no
word about sem_timedwait.
I lost previous 2 days searching for some workaround to implement
timeoutable semaphores, finally I found that I have it already in glibc.
