Mark,

I don't believe anything happens with postings to this group.  It is more of
a reporting function.  The larger hosting companies are going to generate
more reports due to their volume.

You need to assess spam filtering on an ongoing basis.  I chose Yahoo!
Groups since using this group generates a negative score (this is good) in
Spam Assassin, which offsets my positive scores for HTML, links, etc.

It seems controlling "offensive" content (HTML, graphics, links, etc.) is
becoming more important than which host you use.  However, I would be
careful with any host that lets you add large numbers of subscribers without
opt-in.
