Hi,

as a foundation for the low saxon translation of the GNOME and the KDE
desktops I'm providing a locale definition for low saxon (attached
gzipped file). It's bascially a copy of the german file (de_DE) but with
some changes to reflect the new language.

Please tell me whether it's possible to include this into the glibc or
which neccessary things I need to do to get the file into the glibc
distribution.

Regards,
  Sven
