Can glibc 2.3.2 completely support Posix spec of IEEE Std 1003.1-2001

Sorry to interrupt you.
I`ve read some of the doc of GNU lib c and find that glibc 2.2.x can 
"implement all of the functions specified in`ISO/IEC 9945-1:1996, the POSIX 
System Application Program Interface',
commonly referred to as POSIX.1". Now my problem is whether the newer 
version 2.3.2 can fully implement the Posix spec of IEEE Std 1003.1-2001 , 
or at lease it can support POSIX.1?
