Dear Sir, 
I am Mr. J. C. Peters the Head, Procurement Department National Electric Power 
Authority (NEPA) My primary duty is to 
inspect and receive all supplies, check all installation and recommend the 
suppliers/contract company to the Federal 
Ministry of Finance through the accounts department of NEPA for payment.

The reason why I am contacting you is for a very confidential deal. One of our 
independent suppliers/contractor Mr. 
Hamed Abdel Ahmed, an Egyptian based in USA; and also an international business 
man, supplied us some equipments, 
installed 330KV transformer 2 x 150MVA and 2 x 60MVA power distribution 
transformers, and also he supplied 500kva 
Step-Down transformers which payment was not made to him before his untimely 
death.

On the 31st of October 1999, Mr. Ahmed and his wife were involved in the 
Egyptian Air crash. Please see

9 on the list of passengers who 
boarded in New York.

Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of his extended family 
relatives, this has proved 
unsuccessful, as the only traceable next of kin (Mr. Mark S. Moore of the 
University of North Texas) was also 
confirmed dead and already buried in Kansas, USA. After these several 
unsuccessful attempts, I decided to seek your 
cooperation to use either your company/personal account and company name to 
front as partners of the late contract 
and have the money paid to you, there after we will both share the money.

further discussion as I will not want to reveal more detail until I hear from 
you because this is a very sensitive 
matter as I will not want to loose my job until this deal is successfully 
completed.
