No.  The glibc GNATS is dead.  In its place a Bugzilla database has
been created.  It is available from
<URL:http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/>.

In addition, almost none of the glibc maintainers read this mailing
list, as it is so filled with spam and virus that it is close to
useless.  I read it using gmane.org, so it is a bit easier for me. :)
